Main appeal The appellants have filed this appeal against the impugned judgment dated 06.02.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge which was disposed of with a direction to the appellant-State of Haryana to pay interest @ 6% per annum from 14.12.2018 till final realization of the amount.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in similar circumstances, another Letters Patent Appeal No. 933 of 2023 filed by the appellant-State of Haryana has already been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court in 28.11.2023. The present appeal has been filed by the appellants only qua payment of interest @ 6% per annum along with retiral benefits. The learned Single Judge has disposed of the writ petition by giving a direction to the appellant-State of Haryana to pay interest to the respondents at the rate of 6% per annum till final realization of the amount. 3.

Accordingly, in view of the judgment rendered by this Court in LPA No. 933 of 2023, decided on 28.11.2023, this appeal is also dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
