RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.243 dated 13.12.2015 registered under Section 420, 120-B, 506 IPC at Police Station Machhiwara, Police District Ludhiana and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. On 30.08.2017, Mr. Rajesh Gupta, Advocate, appeared on behalf of respondent No.2 and sought time to file reply. However, thereafter on 12.02.2018, he pleaded no instructions. Since respondent No.2 is not interested in contesting instant petition, therefore, FIR No.243 dated 13.12.2015 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom are quashed.

Disposed of.
