Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the transfer order dated 17.08.2020 (Annexure P-12) and the suspension order dated 31.08.2020 (Annexure P-15) passed by respondent No.1 with consequential proceedings. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing respondents No.1 to 3 to decide the representation dated 21.08.2020 (Annexure P-14) of the petitioner.

The case has been called twice since morning and despite that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different even on the last date of hearing. It appears that neither the petitioner nor his counsel is interested in pursuing the present petition.
