RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.27, dated 26.03.2022, under Sections 376, 420, 494, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Dehlon, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Prayer is allowed.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
