The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for quashing of FIR No. 22, dated 03.02.2025, under Sections 109(1), 115, 118(1), 190, 191(3), 324(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25/29/30 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sector 7, Panchkula, District Panchkula, and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise/affidavit dated 21.04.2025 (Annexures P-2 & P-3), effected between the parties. 2.

Being it a partial compromise quashing petition, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the same with liberty to file a comprehensive one by impleading all the concerned parties.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
