On that date, case called twice but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 30.04.2024. On that date, the turn of the case could not come up and the matter was adjourned to 13.05.2024, i.e. today.

Today again, even on 2nd call, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.
