Further, direction is sought to protect the life and liberty and property of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.6 to 10.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition in the light of status report filed by the State, submitting that it has been rendered infructuous, though seeks liberty to take other remedies in accordance with law, including the filing of Ashwani Kumar 2024.08.01 20:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
