Learned Senior counsel submits that the speaking order is not in terms of the directions passed by this Court on 01.05.2024 in CWP-8228-2024 inasmuch as the judgments that were referred to therein, have not been taken into account, to which learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 on telephonic instructions from the Registrar states that the same shall be withdrawn forthwith and the matter shall be considered afresh in letter and spirit of the directions passed by this Court as also the representation/Demand letter dated 23.12.2022, Annexure P-15, referred to during course of hearing, within a period MOHIT 2025.05.07 11:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
