By this petition, filed under the provisions of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of 'regular bail', upon FIR No.06, dated 18.01.2020, having been registered at Police Station Women, Rohtak, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under the provisions of Sections 376, 506, 201, and 34 of the IPC, with Section 376 (2) thereof added subsequently in the FIR, and Section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
