(ORAL) Petitioner has remedy under the Right to Information Act vis-avis prayer as sought in writ petition, which is extracted herein below:- "Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to provide status of the recruitment to the post of Excise Inspector (Category No.1) pertaining to advertisement dated 01.12.2015 (Annexure P-1) as the interviews of the recruitment have been conducted on 25.09.2018 and 10 months have been passed since then, yet result of the recruitment has not been declared till date."

Faced with this situation, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
