On 05.07.2023 the following order was passed : "Ms. Priyanka Vij, Advocate, assisting counsel of Mr. Amit Kumar Jain, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and has filed the power of attorney, which is taken on record. She has pointed out that on 05.11.2022 the marriage between the parties has been dissolved by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Copy of the decree-sheet has also been handed over in Court. Copy of the decreesheet has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Today, none has come present on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that marriage between the parties has been dissolved by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and hence the present petition is rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to get the same revived in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
