COCP No. 2151 of 2019 -2petitioners.

Learned State counsel submits that order dated 04.10.2018 passed in CWP-2009-2016 was set aside vide order dated 18.03.2019 passed in LPA No. 109 of 2019 and other connected LPAs and the writ petitions were remitted to be adjudicated afresh by learned Single Judge. As judgment dated 04.10.2018 passed in CWP-2009-2016 has been set aside and the matter is still pending consideration before a coordinate Bench and that respondents have also passed speaking order, I find no reason to proceed with this petition. Dismissed.
