R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Suo-motu cognizance of the representation made by the petitioner was taken by this Court as it was stated that certain computer teachers, who were protesting, were apprehended by the police but they were not released.

As per response filed by the respondent-State, it is submitted that all the teachers detained were discharged on 01.08.2014. The petitioner, however, states that his wife was detained on 27.09.2014 and she was released on 28.09.2014 without passing any order.

In view of the above response from the respondentState, no further indulgence of this Court is required and as such the instant petition is disposed of. The aggrieved persons may have some other remedy for rest of the grievance. March 23, 2015 ( R.P.
