SUDHIR SINGH, J (Oral) By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to handover the vacant physical possession of plot no.221P (6 marla), Sector77, Urban Estate, Faridabad or an alternate plot of similar size as mentioned in allotment letter (Annexure P-1). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if he is given an opportunity to make a fresh representation to respondent No.3 and the said respondent is directed to deal with his concerns/grievances and pass appropriate order on the said representation. 3.
Served with the advance copy of the petition, Mr. Ankur Mittl, Advocate, alongwith Ms. Saanvi Singla, Advocate, for the respondentsHSVP for the respondents is present in Court and submits that representation, if so filed, shall be considered and looked into by the competent authority, in accordance with law.

Without commenting on merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation, and with a direction to respondent No.3 (competent authority), to look into the same and take an appropriate action thereon, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order.
