(ORAL) Instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to provide free access to the petitioner and farmers of Village Burj Dhilwan at focal point Ubha Burj Dhilwan so that they can sell their crops without any inconvenience and restrain respondent No.4 from illegally interfering in their access to public property i.e. focal point Ubha Burj Dhilwan.

Learned counsel for the State submits that now everybody, specifically the residents of Villae Burj Dhilwan can take their foodgrains for sale at focal point Ubha Burj Dhilwan. No hindrance is RAVINDER SINGH 2015.12.18 12:37 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

-2CWP No.18257 of 2010 being caused by Gram Panchayat, Ubha. Learned counsel for the State further states that in view of affidavit dated 14.07.2014 filed by Sh. Parveen Kumar Thind, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Mansa, space available at focal point Ubha is sufficient for foodgrains which may be brought by residents of both villages i.e. Burj Dhilwan and Ubha. In view of above, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Dismissed as infructuous.
