Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Abinash Kumar from Police Station Sri Muktsar Sahib concedes this fact. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that as per his instructions an application was filed before the trial Court for release of the petitioner on bail for the reason that report had not been received but that aspect has not been dealt with by the trial Court.
