R.P. NAGRATH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that after passing of the order by the District Judge, Family Court on 06.06.2015, the services of petitioner have been terminated by his employer on 16.06.2015 and therefore, he is incapable to comply with the order fixing maintenance of ` 2500/- per month awarded in favour of respondent-child. Learned counsel further submits that since this issue was not raised before the District Judge, Family Court, the petitioner would withdraw the instant revision with liberty to make appropriate application before the Family Court based on the changed circumstances.
