(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition by adding Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 376 of Indian Penal Code, which have been included in the FIR at the time of presentatation of final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.

In view of the above, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
