Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as the alleged detenue, namely, Kajal daughter of Vinaypal has stated that she had left her parental home out of her own accord with respondent No.3, Vishnu son of Bikram. In view of the matter, the petitioners do not wish to pursue the present petition and pray for withdrawal of the same.

Statement of the alleged detenue, Kajal is also appended as Annexure R9 with reply dated 22.12.2014 filed by Balwan Singh IPS, Superintendent of Police, Mewat at Nuh.

Keeping in view the abovementioned facts and circumstances, this petition is disposed of accordingly.
