COCP No. 1822 of 2020 -2Learned State counsel appearing on advance notice, on instructions from Mr. Amit Kumar, Assistant, Department of Higher Education, Haryana submits that relief sought in the legal notice is being granted and directions have been issued to the Principal of the concerned college for refixation of the pay. He further submits that the needful for refixation of pay would be done expeditiously. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of.

Let, the needful be done not later than 30th October, 2020 and if any amount is found due to be paid to the petitioner, the same would be paid to him within three months thereafter.
