The instant petition has been filed under Section 483(3) r/w Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 by this Court in CRM-M-17786-2025 (vide order dated 08.04.2025) in case FIR No.17, dated 03.02.2025, u/s 318(4), 336(2), 340(2), 61(2) of BNS, 2023 and 24 of Immigration Act, registered at P.S. East Sector 26, Chandigarh. Besides, quashing of order dated 08.04.2025 (Annexure P-9) has also been sought.

Counsel for the petitioner could not point out any violation of the terms and conditions of the order impugned herein, whereby it can be assumed that the petitioner has misused the said concession of regular bail. Furthermore, there is neither any allegation nor any evidence or document referred thereon to suggest that, after the grant of regular bail, the petitioner ever issued any threat or exerted any influence upon the witnesses.
