(ORAL) The instant Petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking Regular Bail on behalf of the Petitioners in case FIR No.49, dated 16th March, 2020, registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 341, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Julana, District Jind.

The Petitioners were arrested on 1st June, 2020. 3.

Investigation against them has already been completed and Challan submitted.

CRM-M No.26956 of 2020 -2Pandemic, at this stage, this Court is of the opinion that further detention of the Petitioners for an indefinite period is not justified. As such, they are ordered to be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
