(ORAL) Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation, while referring to the averments taken in para 1 of the preliminary submissions of both the written statements, fairly states that since more than one posts of driver are lying vacant with the respondentCorporation, claim of the petitioner for regularisation of his service as driver shall be considered by the competent authority of the respondent-Corporation and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of three months from today.

Civil Writ Petition No. 11359 of 2013 In view of the above said respective stands taken by learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is disposed of. It is also directed that while considering the claim of the petitioner, respondent no.3 shall also keep in view the resolution No.17 dated 12.12.2005 and the recommendations made in favour of the petitioner vide Annexures P-2 to P-5.
