KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) The State counsel on instructions from ASI Manjinder Singh apprised the Court that Gurpinder Singh @ Manna, who was earlier absconding stands arrested by the police on 16.11.2022 and the police has prepared challan against all the accused including Gurpinder Singh @ Manna and the same will be shortly presented in the Court concerned. The counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that present petition be disposed of in the light of aforesaid statement made by the State counsel.

Ordered accordingly.
