This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007. Despite being informed by the Registry to the learned counsel for the appellants about the date fixed, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Further, no effort has been made by the appellants to get the file reconstructed. It seems that the appellants are no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option, but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.

Accordingly the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Liberty is reserved to the appellants to make an application for restoration of the present appeal as and when complete record of the case is available with them.
