(Oral) The present petition is against orders dated 07.02.2015and 31.07.2015 This Court relegated the parties to Mediation Centre of this Court and as per report of the Mediator dated 13.12.2016, parties have settled their dispute and the compromise deed has also been reduced into writing.

In view of the above factual position, this petition is being disposed and the parties are bound by the terms of the compromise deed dated 08.12.2016.
