(ORAL) The instant revision petition arises out of an order dated 23.07.2015 passed by the District Judge (Family Court), Hisar whereby the application filed by the parents namely Bharat Singh @ Bhartha and Kamla seeking maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. had been allowed. Unfortunately, during the pendency of these proceedings, parents have since expired as well as the petitioner No.1 herein, Surender. Since parents themselves have expired, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
