Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix the pension of the petitioner by granting him one annual increment w.e.f. 01.12.2004 post his superannuation on 30.11.2004.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondent No.2. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide his pending representation/legal notice dated 08.05.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specific period.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, and submits that the pending representation, dated 08.05.2024, will be decided by the second respondentDirector, Department of Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within three months.
