(ORAL) Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh, from Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda, apprises the Court that the Challan in respect of the FIR bearing No.248 dated 21.12.2020 registered at the afore-said Police Station, would be presented before the competent Court within two weeks positively and as regards the investigation conducted so far in the criminal case pertaining to the FIR bearing No.194 dated 21.10.2021 lodged at the same Police Station, five accused have already been arrested and the efforts are being made to arrest the remaining four accused also and so far as the investigation in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.62 of 2022 registered at the above-said Police Station is concerned, the same would also be conducted as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the afore-discussed submission as made by learned SEEMA SHARMA 2022.09.08 19:04 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
