(Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 15.03.2022 (Annexure P-2) vide which the petitioner was posted from the office of respondent No.3 i.e. Nathatop (J&K) to Bathinda (Punjab) as last let posting and non-speaking order dated 01.06.2022 (Annexure P-8) rejecting his representation without considering his choice station for such last-leg posting; along with certain other prayers.

The counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. 21st JULY, 2022 'raj'
