       Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Today, the case was fixed for hearing on the application i.e. CRM-35392-2021, for staying the proceedings in the trial qua the petitioner, during the pendency of the present petition. However, on the oral request of the learned counsel for the parties, the main case is preponed from 02.12.2021 to today itself for hearing and the main petition is taken on Board. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the charges are yet to be framed before the trial Court and the issues raised in the present petition may be raised by the petitioner at an appropriate stage.
