(Oral) Prayer in the present appeal filed under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Attrocities) Act, 1989 is for setting aside the impugned order dated 03.04.2023 passed by learned Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Kaithal in case FIR No.21 dated 15.01.2022, under Sections 34, 323, 324, 379, 427, 201, 148, 149, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Act, registered at Police Station Civil Line, District Kaithal.
