The present petition has been filed for setting aside the impugned order dated 12.04.2023 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malout whereby the objections filed by the petitioners in the execution application have been dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as due to a compromise between the parties the attached property of the Judgment Debtor has since been released and the execution stands disposed off as fully satisfied.
