The petitioner has been denied the information sought under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as "the 2005 Act"), by passing a resolution by respondent No.7-the President, Municipal Council, Kharar.

The petitioner has a remedy before the authorities under the 2005 Act. Hence, no ground to entertain the writ petition is made out. 3.

With the observations made above, the present petition stands disposed of.
