(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of the impugned order dated 09.03.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Karnal, whereby, regular bail granted to the petitioner in FIR No.915 dated 30.07.2018 registered under sections 148, 149, 302, 323, 427 and 506 IPC at Police Station City Karnal was cancelled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has already been granted concession of regular bail by the trial Court itself, thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.
