Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding Section 439 Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.305 dated 01.12.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 15 of NDPS Act, 1985 as well as under Sections 25 and 29 of NDPS Act (added later on) at Police Station Munak, District Karnal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. 4.
