Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.2 dated 3.1.2017, under Sections 18-A, 18-C, 27(6)(II), 28, 6 of Drgus and Cosmetics Act, 1940, Sections 3, 4, 5 of Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act, 1971, Sections 21(A), 21(B), 21(C), 22(A), 22(B), 22(C) and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Sections 15(2), 15(3) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 and Sections 315, 336, 417, 420, 483, 511 of the IPC, registered at Police Station Guhla, District Kaithal. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand. He has further submitted that trial proceedings be expedited.
