*** CRM-33667 of 2022 This is an application for placing on record the amended prayer so as to add Section 120-B and 201 IPC which has been added in the F.I.R later on.

The application is not opposed by the State counsel. The same is allowed. The Registry is directed to make necessary addition in the head note and prayer of the petition.

CRM-M-28667 of 2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and has been released on interim bail. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Rajinder concedes this fact stating that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 08.7.2022 is made absolute, subject to the following PARVINDER SINGH 2022.09.09 16:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CRM-M-28667 of 2022 (O&M) conditions :- (i) she shall join the investigation as and when so directed. (ii) she shall appear in the Court on each and every date of hearing.

(iii) she shall not give any threat or intimidation to the prosecution witnesses.

(iv) she shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.

(v) she shall surrender her Passport before the Investigating Officer and if she is not having Passport then shall file the affidavit in that regard. In case the petitioner violates any term and condition on which the bail has been granted to her, the prosecution would be entitled to apply for cancellation of bail.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
