(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.120 dated 20.03.2022, registered under Sections 323, 34 and 506 IPC and Section 307 IPC (added later on), at Police Station Sonepat Sadar, District Sonepat.

Vide order dated 11.07.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Ramesh Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

CRM-M-29004-2022 (O&M) -2In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 11.07.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
