JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in cross case bearing FIR No.12 dated 14.03.2020 under Sections 420, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Hazipur, District Hoshiarpur.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 08.07.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

A short reply dated 31.08.2022 filed on behalf of the respondent-State is taken on record.

The learned State counsel submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 08.07.2022 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 08.07.2022 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
