(ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit of Aman Yadav, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, filed on behalf of respondents-State, today in the Court and the same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to opposite counsel. Perusal of para 7 of above affidavit reveals that cancellation report has been prepared in FIR No.610 dated 29.07.2017, under Sections 147, 148, 379 and 448 IPC, registered at Police Station Sector 7, Faridabad and the same is under consideration. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with reserving his right to take the appropriate course permissible as per law.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
