Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.23 dated 01.03.2021 registered under Sections 379, 411, 473 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 54 and 59 of Arms Act, have wrongly been mentioned in the petition) at Police Station City Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition.
