H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondent states that the dispute has since been resolved between the parties and spouses have decided to get their marriage dissolved by a decree of divorce by way of mutual consent. A petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has been filed, where statements of petitioners have been recorded at the first motion and now the next date of hearing is fixed as 20.11.2018 for recording statements of petitioners on second motion in those proceedings. These facts are conceded by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that she be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Allowed. Dismissed as withdrawn.
