H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel representing respondent No.2 has informed that the trial has already been concluded, resulting in acquittal of the accused. In that way the present revision petition challenging the order dismissing application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. has become infructuous. These facts are admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner-revisionist.

It being so the revision petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
