Petitioner sought 2nd ACP, which has not been granted in view of the fact that his case for second promotion owing to forgoing first promotion, is still pending consideration. Writ petition is sheer abuse of process of law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with costs of Rs.2500/- to be paid to Bar Association of this Court.
