Learned counsel after arguing for sometime and realising that present revision would not be maintainable in the light of provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005, thus prays for permission to withdraw the present revision to avail the remedy in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 14.12.2015.
