The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with a limited prayer that though the cooling-off period of six months has been waived off by the Family Court vide order dated 04.05.2023, however, 13.07.2023 has been given as the date for recording of the second motion statements. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that the first motion statements were recorded in February 2023 and after waiving off the cooling-off period of six months, yet again the date for recording of the second motion statements has been given as 13.07.2023. The application for waiving off the cooling-off period of six months was moved on 21.03.2023 after recording of the first motion statements. It is further informed by counsel for the petitioners that the Family Court would be sitting till 08.06.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioners has assured that all conditions of the compromise would be complied with on or before the recording of the second motion statements.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioners would appear before the Family JITENDER KUMAR 2023.06.02 09:20 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
