This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2007. On the last date of hearing, since, learned counsel for the appellants contended that he is not in contact with the appellants, therefore, Registry was directed to inform the appellants about the next date of hearing.

As per report of the Registry, notices issued to the appellants have been received back with the report that they are not residing at the addresses given in the memo of parties.

Today, there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. 4.
In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 5.
Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. 6.
Liberty is reserved to the appellants to move an application to revive the appeal in case any cause of action survives.

Respondent No.3-Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr. Puneet Jain, Advocate, within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment, in view of the order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court.
