(ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant writ petition, seeks a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to make payment of compensation to the petitioner as a result of loss sustained by her family members due to death of her husband because of alleged negligence on the part of the respondents.

During the course of hearing, it has transpired that there are very many disputed questions of facts involved in the present case, which cannot be gone into by this Court, while exercising its writ jurisdiction.
