REKHA MITTAL J. (Oral) Counsel for the respondent has submitted that dispute between the parties has been settled by way of compromise and in pursuance thereof, the parties have filed a petition for divorce under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act. It is further submitted that in view of the compromise, the petitioner has withdrawn the petition i.e. CRR No.266 of 2015.
Counsel for the petitioner, in view of the statement made by counsel for the respondent, states that the petition may be disposed of.
